As Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino rapidly expanded its product offerings and user base, the need for a unified, scalable digital experience became essential. This included redesigning their core website, partner and promotional landing pages, and supporting a growing number of CRM touchpoints across the customer lifecycle. The challenge demanded high-level collaboration, strategic design thinking, and consistency across web, email, and in-product environments.
Solution
Zaki Rose led the full redesign of the Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino website from UX planning and responsive layout to high-fidelity visual systems and modular design frameworks. We worked closely with Fanatics’ internal web, product, and marketing teams to develop partner pages, promo landing pages, and web design systems that scale with the platform. In parallel, our team designed and animated CRM assets across lifecycle campaigns, helping refine customer journeys with elevated email design, personalized content modules, and in-product messaging that reflects the Fanatics brand standard.
